Auto-matic packing advantages

• Avoid dirty problems.Traditionally the workers to pick sleeve cover one by one and make them a roll.Our machine packed the sleeve cover to a roll(10 pieces).No need hand to touch the sleeve cover.

 

• Reducing the volume.Our machine-packing sleeve cover is compressed,then put into polybag,it reduces the volume.For example,traditional 3g sleeve cover carton size is 46*20*31(0.02852cbm),our automatic-packing carton size is 44*26*24cm(0.0275cbm).It can load more cartons.It reduces the shipping cost to some extent.

 

• Promise the lead time.Our workers only need to put 10 rolls to the polybag,and sealing the polybag,then put the bag into master carton.It is very fast from produce to packing.We have 10 production lines,the daily output can be ,1000,000pcs.

 

• Good quality with firm.Our sleeve cover is 22*40cm(16 inch),22*46cm(18 inch).The width is 22cm,we left 1cm each side.It is very firm to tear it.
