Installation Conditions:
1, The General Contractor shall furnish and install the concrete subfloors.
2, The slab shall be broom finished to a tolerance of 3mm in any 3m radius. Floor Flatness and Floor Levelness numbers are not
recognized. High sports shall be ground level and low sports filled with approved leveling compound.
3, Installation shall not start until all other finishes and overhead mechanical jobs have been completed in the sports area.
4, Subfloor shall be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease, paint, old adhesive residue, or other foreign materials.
5, The installation area shall be closed to all traffic and activity for a period to be set by the Contractor.
