1. How can I get a specific quotation?

Please kindly send us your drawings(2D or 3D) or real sample pictures with technic requirements, demand quantity, surface requirements, and material if you already know.

2. How can I get samples?
We provide free samples if we have the exact or similar sizes in stock.
If it's customized products, we will need to charge tool fee.

3. How long can I get our samples/ordered products
It usually takes 3-7 days before we get the mould. (Could be shorter if we just need to modify what we already have)
And it takes another 15-25days to get the products ready to ship.

4. Colors, Glaze and Hardware/Ironware?
YES!!! COLORS are customizable, and please check the colorboard to see what we already have; Products can be glazed; And we are able to provide assembly parts (ceramics + wires/hardwares/pins or any others).

5. Field visit?
You are very welcome to visit and check our production line in person. Just make an appointment and that's all you need to do :)
