No running for water pump

The power is not connected.

Power-on.

The plug is not properly inserted.

Plug well.

The rotor is stuck.

Clean the rotor.

Water pump doesn't run even turn on/off the motor repeatly or motor stops running suddenly and cannot turn on again.

The impeller is entangled.

Remove the foreign materials which were entangled in impeller. 

The voltage doesn't match the voltage requirement of water pump.

Make sure use the correct voltage of water pump.

Use the 60Hz frequency water pump wrongly to replace the 50Hz one.

Change the 50Hz power.

Water pump's speed becomes slowly or occur other abnormal issues.

Use the 50Hz frequency water pump wrongly to replace the 60Hz one.

Change the 60Hz power.

Impeller is damaged.

Change the new impeller.

Base of water pump is higher than the water level.

Put the base of water pump under the water.

No load rotating for water pump

Too long for the outlet pipe or blocked by foreign materials.

Cut short the air pipe or clean the foreign materials.

It exists residual air in the cavity of impeller.

Let the water pump stay in water and then turn on/off power for 2-3 times to remove the residual air in the cavity of imepller.
