With the CRS (control and readout system) developed by CIQTEK, EPR100 has high performance in pulse forming and data acquisition. General electro spin echo detection, ESEEM, 2D-HYSCORE, ELDOR, pulsed-ENDOR, and laser triggered experiment can be performed on EPR100.


Applications



Radical research

Radicals, refer to the atoms or groups with unpaired electrons formed by the covalent bond splitting of compound molecules under the external conditions such as photothermal and so on. Free radicals are very active, which are related to human aging and diseases closely. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) is the only technique that can detect radicals directly.

Materials


As a new type of nanomagnetic material, fullerenes with metal inside have important value in magnetic resonance imaging, single-molecule magnet research, spin quantum information research, and so on. The electron spin distribution in metal fullerenes can be obtained through EPR technology, such as understanding the hyperfine interaction between spin and metal magnetic nucleus and detecting the change of fullerenes‘ spin and magnetism in different environments.
