Polyether amine (PEA): is a kind of polymer whose main chain is polyether structure and terminal active functional group is amine group. Amino-terminated polyethers have the following structure :x, y = 0-n. Polyether amine is obtained by amination of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol or ethylene glycol/propylene glycol copolymer at high temperature and pressure. A series of properties such as reactivity, toughness, viscosity and hydrophilicity can be adjusted by selecting different polyoxide alkyl structures, and the amine group provides the possibility for the reaction of polyether amines with a variety of compounds. Its special molecular structure endows the excellent comprehensive properties of polyether amine. At present, the commercial polyether amine includes a series of products with single, double and triple functions and molecular weights ranging from 230 to 5000. It has been widely used in many fields such as polyurea spraying, large composite material making, epoxy resin curing agent and automobile gasoline cleaning agent.
