ALEATAN QUERCUS is an ellagic tannin extracted from oaks from Central French Range, naturally dried on air for 24 months. It clarifies and stabilizes wine. The applied extraction’s technique allows to obtain a composition very similar to the composition of polyphenols extracted from wine during the fermentation, in presence of untoasted chips. ALEATAN QUERCUS regulates the redox potential of wine, prevents reduction’s smell and promotes the structure of wine. It can be used during alcoholic fermentation or on young wines It’s possible to do fractioned adds to improve the structure of wine and the color’s quality. Available in packs of 1 and 10 kg.
