Q: What's your MOQ? A: If you buy our design, then there is no MOQ needed; If you want to customize your own design, then there will be MOQ and different item has different MOQ.
Q: What's your sample policy? A: For our design, sample is available only if you can pay for the sample fee and shipping fee. And the sample cost will be returned when you make bulk order.
Q: What's your payment terms? A: Usually for stock orders, full payment should be made before shipment. For OEM orders, payment could be 30% deposit paid in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
