Automatic Mobile Pedestal Production Line
This mobile pedestal production line including the working process of punching, pressing and bending. All the machines use special large mould, which increases the production capacity and makes the products more exquisite,meanwhile,the labor cost can be reduce a lot.
CNC Bending Line
We have 9 bending machines, our numerical control bending machines are very precise on bending angle and dimension. The maximum length of material to be bent is up to 2.5m, and the processing thickness is from 0.35mm to 1.2mm.
Modernized welding line
We have 6 sets automatic spot welding machine for frame and legs,20 sets for steel sheet.All the steel parts will be welded here into the products parts,then products will be assembled for testing before painting.
Automatic powder coating line
We have two 500 meters long automatic powder coating line, The maximum speed of 1400 rpm, 5.4 meters per minute.The surface treatment is electrostatic spray powder coating with high temperature curing work craft. Powder can be recycle by this system,avoiding secondary pollution.All the resin powder in different colors are ECO-friendly.

All the products will be assembled here, we have a very strictly QC team check the products one by one before packing and loading.
