Q1: Can I have a sample to check the quality? A: Yes, we accept sample order so that clients can test and check quality before buying more. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2: How about the lead time? A: 1-7 days for sample order, around 15 days for bulk order with FCL volume.
Q3: How about the MOQ? A: We have no MOQ requirement, you can order any quantity, 1pc is OK even.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: For sample order, usually shipped by courier, it takes 3-5 days to arrive; For bulk order, usually shipped by sea, it takes 25-35 days depending on actual destination.
Q5: How long is the guarantee period? A: 3 years. We will help find out the causes and provide a solution if something is wrong with the table/chair during the period. Replacement parts will be sent to you if necessary.
