Description
Principle
It is an innovation horizontal batch-type vacuum dryer . The moister of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with squeegee will remove material on hot surface and move in the container to form cycle flow. The evaporated moisture will be pumped by vacuum pump.Vacuum harrow dryer is mainly used for drying explosive, easy to be oxidized and paste materials. In the vacuum condition, the boiling point of solvent is decreased, and air is isolated, it avoids the material be oxidized and goes bad. Input heating medium (hot water, hot oil) into the jacket, and feed damp material into the drying chamber. Harrow teeth shaft stirs material to make the heating be uniformly. When achieve the drying requirements, open the discharging valve at the bottom of chamber, under the stirring action of harrow teeth, material moves to the middle and discharged.
1. Widely applicable for quick drying. Because the harrow Vacuum Dryer has jacket that the heating medium will flow into jacket so the dryer has big drying area.
2. To increase the drying efficiency, YIBU design the special crushing device. During drying process, the crushing device will break the caking material to powder; Combined with the magnetic filtration technology, the output product will more purity.
3. Under the vacuum state, the boiling point of the water and solvent is reduced . Therefore it is suitable for most of materials with different properties and states. Particularly it is suitable for material that is easy to explode and oxidize.
4.Low energy consumption .With patented design ,YIBU can ensure that the temperature of the outside surface of the dryer is 25-35℃；It will reduce the heating dissipation;
5. The quality of product is good. Because of periodic clockwise and counterclockwise rotation the material will be uniformly drying.
6. As optional ,the dryer can be combined with cloth bag filter ,solvent recovery unit, Product cooling unit ;
7.Advanced mechanical sealing device adopted .YIBU ensure the vacuum degree and heating medium without leakage.
8. With PLC module , client can save the processing program.
