We can be an extension of your staff. Profile works with you to understand your application, assist with your design and material selection and identify needed features. Our staff offers design suggestions to provide functional extrusions in relation to your end use. Together we ensure your product performs to expectations with the right balance of cost and performance.
Once the part design is complete, we examine how your parts are used. If your parts will need any additional operations or fabrication, we can assist with those needs. And Profile can perform many of those operations as we extrude to save you time and money and streamline your processes.
Profile Plastics also has an experienced tooling team to transform your design into finished parts. We offer in-house design and engineering resources and an on-site tool and die shop to provide the extrusion tooling for your parts. If your parts also require fabrication, we have the experience to design and program the fixtures and equipment necessary for cost effective and precise processing. And we provide samples from our pilot runs for your review and approval to ensure that they function as desired.

Coim (Xiamen) Plastic Technology, was founded by Jack Zheng and Mary Lei in Xiamen, China in 2011.Starting with one extruder line, they began life by making PVC tube for consumer products. After a couple of years Coim(xiamen) had grown to the point that they moved operations to a much larger facility in China, now we have several lines of custom plastic Extrusion,injection and blow molding .
To better respond to its customers needs, Coim(xiamen) added a full tool room complete with wire EDM and CNC machining centers to give them full in-house die making capabilities. Coim(xiamen) Plastics state of the art facility

1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
We are professional manufacturer and have more than 10 years experience in Plastic extrusion profile, injection parts and blow molding .

2. What is your factory & production monthly capacity?
Our factory has 7 extrusion line(co-extrusion) for PC/PMMA Extrusion profile, 5 production line for PVC/ABS extrusion profile. 4 Blowing molding lines. and 5 injection lines. Approximately .3 million tons monthly capacity.
3. Except Mold Customization, Do you also have some standard models?
Yes, We have some standard models. Please contact us if it is available.
4. Can you manufacture the colored tube in small quantities? There are no company accepting such product order.
Coim and our allied companies have advantages in manufacturing a Multi-Variety small lot product. We will choose the appropriate company according to your demanding quantity. There are some cases that, after manufacturing large quantity, we will stock and sell them in a small lot just for you.
5.Can you make it cheap that the cost of manufacturing the mold and prototypes?
At coim allied company,they stock some various mold base.Thus, you only need the cost for the cavity part of the mold and you can lessen the cost of making prototype.
6 .Can I ask samples to test the quality? and Is it free charge?
Yes,we can send free samples to you, you just pay for the delivery fee.
7. What is your payment terms and delivery time?.
Generally, 30% TT advance deposit payment, the balance against B/L.15~20 days after sample confirmation.
