(3) For OEM order, 20 days after 30% deposit receiving and all artwork as well as software confirmed, exclude shipping processing time.
(4)For ODM order, it needs negotiated.

9, Q: What's your payment terms?
A: We can accept many payment methods, such as, T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram,PayPal, Online Bank Payment, VISA, Escrow, etc. And 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T before shippment after inspection (OEM order).

10, Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: 12 months warranty under normal use for our products. We will change it for free when our products have any quality problems. Buyer and Seller pay for one-way freight cost respectively.
