DRY MOTAR PRODUCTION LINE
Dry mortar production line (or dry mortar machine) is a set of machinery that produces dry mortar (also known as dry premixed mortar or hydraulicity cement mortar) for construction industry and other uses. It is mainly composed of elevator, premix weighting bin, stock bin, mixing engine, finished product warehouse, packer, dust collector and electric control cabinet. Sand drying and screening equipment can be added according to customer's different requirements.
Dry mixing mortar production equipment is divided into Simple dry mortar mixer machine 1-5TPH, Semi-automatic dry mortar production machine 3-5TPH, Automatic dry mortar mixing production line5-10TPH, 10-20TPH, and Tower type large dry mix mortar production line 20-50TPH which according to the output can be customized.

This is a simple and practical dry mortar production line.
1. The simple dry mortar production line is suitable for the production of powder products such as tile adhesive and putty powder, etc. 2. The mini dry mortar complete equipment consists of: Screw feeder, Spiral Ribbon Mixer, Finished product bin, Valve bag packing machine.
3. A three-layer dry mortar spiral ribbon mixer is used, mixing time is 10-15 minutes per batch, 24 hours of uninterrupted work is possible.
4. The height of this simple dry mortar production line is no more than 4 meters, with a small footprint and small investment.
