Para aramid staple fiber is made of para aramid filament after washing, crimping and cutting, and then surface treatment. It is suitable for high-end special yarn, blended yarn, needle punched, Spunlaced and other downstream industries.
Para aramid fabric make from para aramid fiber has high heat resistance, the glass transition temperature is above 300 ℃, the thermal decomposition temperature is 560 ℃, and the strength retention rate is 80% after being stored in air at 200 ℃ for 48 hours. In addition, it has high tensile strength and initial modulus of elasticity, and its specific strength is 5 times of that of steel. The compressive and flexural strength of composite is only lower than that of inorganic fiber. Stable thermal shrinkage and creep properties, in addition to high insulation and chemical corrosion resistance.
