A1:Yes,we are factory and we have our own factories with export certificate, which are located in JiangXi Province. 

Q2:Can you accept customized product?

A2:Yes, we can make according to drawings or customers’ requirements. we’d like to develop new products with customers.

Q3:Do you provide free sample?

A3:Yes, the samples are free for our customers. While the delivery express cost should be paid by the receivers firstly,when we cooperate, we will feedback the fee.

Q4:How to control your product quality?

A4:100% inspection about shape, dimension, resistance, electrical performance, all the products will be inspected by step by step by our qc before shipment.

Q5:What is your payment?

A5:Could pay by T/T, L/C at sight. TT detail is 30% advance as deposit before stuffing the container, 70% balanced against copy of bill of lading and all documents by email.

Q6:How long does the delivery time?

A6:It depends on the order quantity and shipping methods, shipping usually takes 5-10days for 1*20feet;15-20days for 1*40HQ.

A7:You should offer us the information, the types of bamboo incense sticks you need, the price, the size, the package, the quantity and the destination port.
