When dueing to incorrect way of using the product or damaged by users makes the product out of work. we will charge in this kind of cases during warranty period.
We also provide charge service when it is out of warranty period.

A3: Our MOQ is 100pcs with neutral packing and support print your logo on the product, for OEM orders with your logo printed on hangbag or color box, the MOQ is 500pcs
Q4: How to order?
A4:
1. Tell us the model, color and qty of the products you want.
2. We will confirm the details and price, delivery etc. with you
3. Make a PI for you.
4. After confirming everything, the deposit needs to be arranged
5. We will arrange the production on receiving the initial payment
6. When the order is ready for shipping, you are required to make the balance
7. The shipment is ready to be loading for pick up.
8. We have available forwarders for your option or you may use your own agent for delivery.

A5: We accept TT/Trade Assurance, Western Union, Paypal(extra 5% commission fee needs to be charged by).
Q6:What's the delivery time?
