UV/Offset Printing Heidelberg 7+1

In 2019, our factory landed a brand new Heidelberg 7+1 printing machine, with most advance printing system similar as G7.Feed is 15000 sheets of paper per hour.7 solid color plus UV varnish finished at the same time,no need to do an extra lamination to save cost, thick paper less than 100gsm can be varnished without corner rolling.

Once Offset Printing finished, we ready to diecut with the mold as template offered.A new auto diecut machine can feed 7500sheets/per hour.While hand diecut is about 3000sheets/per hour,but 1-2 hours to install the mold excluding

All sorts of finish like UV coated, hot stamped, embossing/debossing can be achieved into perfect effect.

Especially our foiling machine can do foil complicated and delicate images as per picture above.

Each step tested and recorded in hours by small team leaders, not only the quantity but also quality checked by IQC. Engineer will discuss with production executive about all steps, making sure folders can be finished on time.

All defectives can be noticed right away and responded actively based on quality control system.Each process combined all numbers including salesman, production executive，engineer and IQC together.

QC and Logistic

Each sample you have in hand will be one extra in our IQC department. Quality Standard will be presented clearly during meeting between each progress's leaders, IQC ,salesman and production manager before production flow. Prior to next step, leader and IQC has to sign and recorded.

Q: How soon can I get my folder order?
A: For shipping information, 7-15 days by air from door to door. but 35-50days by sea.

Sample can be 7 days received. Factory Capacity is 500000pcs/15 days

Q: Can I use my own design?
A: Yes, you can upload your own artwork to your custom folder. Or you can choose one of our professionally designed templates. We have a variety of pre-designed templates, such as real estate presentation folders, tax preparation presentation folders, elementary school presentation folders, construction presentation folders and more.
