Q: Do you have overseas service center?
We have Australian service center which doesn’t open service for water heater now. But it doesn’t take long.
Q: What shall I do if water heater brokes?
We promise can change a new one in three years. If the tank is leaking, you need take a video that including nameplate, serial number, leakage situation and location. Video can’t be edited or separated. The freight is provided for oneself through consumer.
Q: If order placed through Trade Assurance, can I confirm that my order was placed successfully?
After you finalized your order, you should have seen an Order Confirmation page. If you saw that page, the order was successfully submitted. If you did not see that page or don’t remember it, the next way to know your order was successful is through the email confirmations that you will receive. Q: How do I check my order status?
If the order is placed through bank transfer, then after receiving the fund, we’ll estimate the delivery date.
