Established in 2009, we are a manufacturer specialized in biodegradable molded pulp products. We are located in Xiamen Fujian.

Our main products are molded pulp packaging trays and boxes for skincare, cosmetics, electronics, alcohol and many other industries. We also supply ready-to-use pulp products like planting pots, Kids DIY Painting Set.

In the agricultural industry, we specialize in producing livestock feeder tubs and trays in molded pulp. One product in particular has become a very popular product among ranchers and cattlemen. Used for feeding cattle, the edible tubs or ice cream cone tubs are edible and biodegradable. Our edible tubs save ranchers time and effort by avoiding the messy and sometimes difficult clean-up as well as the costly replacement of non-edible tubs.

1). Are you a trader or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer in Fujian of China. We have our own production facilities in 6 locations.

2). What kind of products do you make?
We mainly design and produce molded pulp packaging. There are two types: a. Traditional dry press type made from recycled corrugated paper, usually for protective purpose during transportation, like wine shippers and egg trays; b. New high-end type made from sugarcane bagasse, with very smooth surface.

3). Are your pulp products really biodegradable?
Yes our pulp products are really biodegradable within 90 days in soil. They are basically plant fibers. We can show you evidence to proof this.

4). Will there be any tooling cost to make such pulp products?
Yes there will be tooling cost and it will be a bit higher than some other packaging like plastic. The tooling cost can be returned if quantity is big enough.

5). Can you make the packaging design as per our requirements?
We provide FREE design drawings based on customers' ideas or products. You can just send us details of your products like dimensions, pictures, or actual samples, then we can make the custom design based on your requirements. It only takes about 1-2 days.

6). Besides white and brown color, can you make other colors?
The most common color is white, black and brown, but we can also make any other color as per request. But there will be MOQ requirement for other colors, and price will be higher.
