Sinomega House (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., previouse name is Yuanda House (Qingdao) Co., Ltd,  is the subsidiary of Sinomega Innovative Materials Group. It was founded in 2016. The company is committed to providing a suitable house solution for each customer, and also a one-stop shopping arrangement for a housing project.

Sinomega House production base is located in Qingdao city, China; it’s only 40 minutes to drive from our airport to the factory, and 1 hour to transport the cargo to Qingdao Port. The combined land area is 7500 square meters.

The Qingdao Factory has two steel structures production lines from Japan and the USA (RCB System and LGS System) to ensure the frame quality and delivery. Since founded, Yuanda House has got its R&D department and overseas department, with more than 30 employees. Until May of 2019, the company has finished around 25000 square meter projects.

1. Do you provide on-site installation service?

1) Only large projects provide installation services

2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on customers’ request.

3) Installation supervision charge standard: 150USD/day, customers should responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure the staff’s health and safety.

2. What’s your delivery time? 

Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large orders should communicate with the order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 15 days after receive deposit. A large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

3. How to control the quality of your product?

a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design solution.

b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material

c. quality of the production: precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

4. How to deal with quality problems?

The warranty is for 2 years. Within the warranty period, PTH will responsible for all quality problems caused by the production.

5. If there is a clear service life of your products? If you have, how long?

Under conventional climate and environment, the service life of the container house steel frame is 20 years

6. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.

Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve the anti-pressure ability of the structure.

High corrosion region: use corrosion-resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
