Ferro phosphorus is a Symbiosis compounds with a phosphorus content range of 18-26% and silicon content range of 0.1-6%, it is obtained from electric furnace for phosphorus making,smelted in the blast furnace by phosphate ore and iron ore. As an alloy agent, it can also produce phosphate in steel making, it can improve the corrosion resistance and machinability.
Product Function
1.Mainly used for alloy agent and deoxidizer in the metallurgical industry special steel.
2.Widely used in rolls, automotive cylinder liners, engine tollers and large castings to increase the cossion resistance and wear
resistance of mechanical components. 3.Phosphorus is partially soluble in ferrite in steel, can reduces the ductility and toughness of steel and increase the brittle transition.
