The diameter of different parts of needle is indicated by gauge. The smaller gauge meams the larger diameter. When in the working part, the cross-section height is indicated by working part gauge. The cross-section height of conical working part is measured on the position of 5mm from needle point. The other cross-section shape is measured by their height.

Application field

Nonwoven fabrics can be bonded together by high temperature, chemical or mechanical methods, the latter of which requires the use of a needle. When mechanical bonding is used, the fibers are transported by a barbed needle and wound into the fabric. This improves the friction between the fibers to increase the bonding of non-woven fabrics. The needle plate of the needle machine has a large number of needles embedded in it, and these needles will pass through the non-woven fabric in the specified direction.Mainly used in geotextile, press cloth, filter bag, artificial leather, disposable carpet, car interior, handmade wool, cotton, bra cotton and other surface requirements of the production of products.
