1) Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?
 -Yes, we can provide samples for your reference, and when your mass production order is over 1000 pieces, the sample fee will be returned!

2) What is your MOQ?

-For MCE branded watches which we have in stock, we accept orders like 40 pcs. You can mix order by different models in different colors.

- For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models.Generally, each model each color not less than 500 pcs

3) Where can we put our logo?
- You can put your logo on the dial, the buckle, and the case-back... The logo can be engraved, lasered or printed due to your request.

4) Can we customize our own brand watch?

-Yes, we are professional watch factory, we are glad to help you make them.

5) What's the delivery time?
- For MCE or MISSTIME branded watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3~5 days after the order is confirmed and payment is done.
- For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30~90 days due to your detailed request.

6) How about shipping methods?
- If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.

7) How about your products quality?
- All MCE and MISSTIME branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
- All MCE and MISSTIME branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years.
- For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

8) How long is your warranty time?

9) Do you accept PayPal?
- For small orders less than 50 pieces, we accept PayPal.
- Mostly we accept T/T, Western Union, Trade Assurance payment on Alibaba.

10) What's your payment terms?
-For MCE or MISSTIME branded watches in stock, generally, our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days.
- For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.
