Simple Design Frame Arc Mirror Full Length Mirror Floor Standing Mirror With Support Frame

        The glass material is 4mm aluminum mirror (deault) in our company, because 4mm sliver mirror is HD mirror and the price is higher than the aluminum mirror. What is the different between the aluminum mirror and the sliver mirror? They are reflective layer on the back side of the mirror. of coure the silver reflective layer is expensive than the aluminum reflectie layer, but if you choose the silver reflective layer the surface of the mirror is more shinning then the image in the mirror is high definition (HD). Of course, if you don't put aluminum mirror and sliver mirror together to compare the image quality that 98% people don't know which one is better. So we keep to use the aluminum mirror as the deault part.

        The width is 8mm and the depth is 30mm (default) for the frame size. Supplying the 20mm and 40mm for options. The frame material is aluminum 6063T5 alloy frame. The 6063T5 has many advantages, such as light weight, high hardness, anti-corrosion, easy processing, easy maintenance, low cost and beautiful shape.

        The mirrors are easy broken on the transportation if the edge isn't grinded. Because the edge of glass is very sharp after cutting. So we suggest client choose the edge grinding (default) option even thought the price is higer than the no edge grinding mirror. Nobody likes the mirror has the break dot on the edge of the mirror when they open the carton.  

        The explosion proof foil is the dafault in our process step to make the mirrors. Sticking the foil on the back side of the glass. It avoids the glass fragments are all over the place if the mirror is broken. 

        There are communications with some clients about the shipping job and how to choose the color of the aluminum frame. If client shows more details about the requirement, our job is more and more easy.

        All the mirrors are arranged in the warehouse neatly by pallets. We are loading the mirrors in the container carefully. There's not a gap in the container after loading the mirrrors. Because we use the software to design how to put them in the container. Follow the drawing to do the job, there will be no big problem.

        We suggest client order a container mirrors (20GP, 40GP or 40HQ), because the shipping price is cheap for per product. If use the express way to send the sample mirrors, the price is expensive. Because the mirror is fragile iteam. We have to use the wooden crate to protect them on the long-distance carrige.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: Yes. We are factory. But  we have the trade department to contact with the foreign customers.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: If client choose the stock size and normal frame color (golden, black). The delivery time is 5-7 days. If client    order the quantity less 100pcs, the delivery time is 15 days. If client order a container quantity, the lead time is 30-40 days.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes we can do it. Suggest client order 10pcs sample. Because shipping cost is expensive if order 1 or 2 pcs samples.

Q: How to order the mirror?

A: There are lots of inquiries to me such as: How much shipping cost to my country?  How much the arc gold frame mirror be? I am interesting your products. There aren't correct inquiry, please let me the size,color and quantity. Such as: 160*50cm 10 pieces black. That is very good inquiry for the supplier.
