We are a factory with annual inspection of FAMA, SEDEX, NBCU and Walmart, reports are available for downloading on the company file section.
2. What is the warranty policy of your company?
12 months. Any product defect originated from manufacturing within 12 months after delivery would get replaced/refunded.
3. Are free samples available from you？
Yes, samples are free, lead time would be 1-3 days.
4. Will OEM and ODM be accepted?
Yes, around 70% of our production capacity is for OEM and ODM, we welcome any design ideas from the clients.
5. What is your lead time?
Standard lead time from us is 7 days, but samples would be available within 2 days only, and mass production for a big quantity would be extended up to 30 days.
6. What are your payment terms?
Payment via Alibaba would be the priority, because the trade assurance guarantees the deal for both you and us. T/T, L/C, D/A,D/P, Paypal would all be accepted.
