Re：We can accept 500pcs/colour at first trial order, but the MOQ. need 1,000pcs/colour for the second order.

3. How long is the sample lead time?
Re：Around 2-3 days without logo printing. Around 7-10 woking days with customized logo printing.
4. How long is the production lead time?
Re：It's depend on your order quantity. Normally the lead time need 25-35 days.
5. How many colors are available?
Re：Customized, Any silicone colors are available by pantone code.
6. Can I printing logo on the products?
Re：Sure, customized logos are welcome and it can be as your requirement by silk printing or pad printing.
7. What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
Re：AI, IGS ,STP and CDR is workable .We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software .
8.What is your payment terms?
Re：Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order.
For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
