1.Do you provide free samples?
Usually, sample is charged including the freight cost.However we can provide free sample for some stock item, and you will the delivery cost.
2.Do you accept small quantity for trial order?
Yes. We accept trial order and the offer is a bit different with bulk because of the cost enhanced, especially, OEM.
3.How is your delivery time?
It takes about 30days after depoist arriving, but it is not for the customerized product, which depends on the pp sample confirmation.Of cause, the lead time will be longer if the quantity is large that we can talk.
4.What is your payment term?
Genrally, it is flexible for us.We can accept: 30% T/T despoist and the balance against the copy of B/L or L/C at sight.We offer the great cooperation experience with us.
5.Do you accept private label on product?
Well, it is hard to make it on the product for some solar items.We can discuss when the item confirmed, usualy, we suggest the 4-c sticker, which is easy to make and save the cost.
6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ?
Yes, we can make it.But the cost will be different, usually expensive.
