A1: Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A3: Generally, we pack the heat pump in brown cartons or plywood. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the heat pump in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A4: We accept the sample order, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q5: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A5: Yes, we have 100% test before we pack the goods for delivery.
Q6: How about your delivery time ?
A6: 2 years warranty on the whole unit. The spare parts must be non-humanly damaged, usually we give to customer 1% spare parts free of charge for maintenance according to order cost during the warranty period.
