Seeion super induction ion air knife
Seeion super induction ion air knife is composed of super air knife and high pressure ion rod. Super air knife uses clean industrial compressed air as power source to blow out uniform, large flow and high strength air flow at high speed, while ion rod ionizes the surrounding air to produce a large number of positive and negative ions. With the air flow generated by super air knife, it is blown to the surface of the object that needs to eliminate static electricity and dust, so as to eliminate static electricity instantly and blow away dust and other particles
Working principle of super induction ion air knife
The compressed air enters the high-pressure cavity of the air knife through the air inlet (1), and forms a balanced air flow sheet along the length direction of the air knife to fill the cavity (2). The positive and negative ions generated by the ion generator (3) to eliminate static electricity, dust and other particles will arrive at the surface of the product (4) with the high-pressure air flow, and neutralize the static electricity, dust and other particles immediately. Compressed air forms curtain like air flow with tens of times of speed amplification through the "Coanda effect". The high-speed air flow passes through the "ion cloud" area generated by the ion generator, and drives high concentration of positive and negative ions to blow to the equipment to be treated. In this way, the static electricity of the equipment is neutralized and the dust is removed.
