1. STRONG ADHESIVE: The decal sheet can stick strongly and won’t come off, plus it’s windproof, waterproof, and light-resistant for 3 years. Please note that the product will not stick to cloth. Do not wash this vinyl decal sheet with water until 24 hrs after it has been pasted.
2. USE WITH VINYL CUTTER: If you have a vinyl cutting machine, you can cut these the removable vinyl decal sheets by selecting the “vinyl” option on your machine. You can still use your cutter on the adhesive vinyl sheet even if there’s no cutting option, too—just make sure you test the cutting depth beforehand.

A: yes, we can make other size s as your requirement, normally our quotation with contain the common package. If you need your own packages, you’d better advise your requirement ahead of time for an accurate quote.
2. How does the sample get by you?
A: after the design confirmed, we will make the sample at first time, normally 3-5 days, and then we will send it to you and will make the sample for free.
3. How can you guarantee the quality or any warranty?
A: if have you and quality problems during use, all the products can be returned or according to consumer’s request.
4. Could you accepted OEM order?
A: yes. We can do OEM order.
5. How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock.
6. Why the vinyl doesn't transfer well?
First, check if the vinyl is a cold peel or hot peel. If the vinyl is a cold peel and you peel it hot, the vinyl will not stick to the garment and, instead, will stay on the carrier sheet.
If the vinyl is a hot peel and you wait too long, the carrier sheet will not peel off the garment.
If this occurs, put it under the heat press for 2-3 seconds.
This should heat up the vinyl enough to allow you to peel off the cover sheet without problem.
