when you received the phone , pls don't move the "Donworry"sticker before your checked the phones .
if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use. But we don’t offer warranty if customers detach the phone or repaired the phone without permission.(Please kindly understand that we can not comfirmed the problem just from some words or photos, a problem video which contians the sticker and IMEI code is needed).

It is not original accessories, we provide new and high quality copy and test it to ensure it work normally before the shipment .
