1. Can I get samples?
Sure, samples are always welcomed. We are happy to provide you samples which in stock for free, can you kindly pay for the shipping cost?
When you need to custom samples, we will charge sample fee. The sample fee depends on what kind of customize you need. And we will return back them to you when we cooperate with your next wholesale order.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
1.For our stock products, the MOQ is 1pc.
2.For some producing products, the MOQ is 100 pieces, but for new customers, it is also welcome to order a smaller number of products as samples for the first cooperation.
3. Can I order products under my own brand?
Yes, we can laser print the customer's logo on the product with the customer's permission and authorization letter.
4. What is your factory's production capacity?
Our factory has a complete production line, including gravity casting line, machining line, polishing line and assembly line. We can produce as many as 60,000 kits for each product per month.
5. What is your payment method and payment term?
Payment methods: wire transfer, Western Union, online payment, T/T,LC AT SIGHT，and other payment methods are also supported.
Terms:1.Small orders less than 1000 USD: It is recommended that you pay 100% in advance to save bank fees.2.Customize order: 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.

3-7 days for inventory products.

9.Can you offer the FBA label or custom box? Yes, we can offer free label ,and free sample about custom box.The custom box price is cheap,because my factory had own carton factory
10.Can I have my customized designs? Yes. For the logo, you can design the art work, and usually our logo have only one color. If you want more colors or more details, please contact us. For the other destail, you can design it with the MOQ:1000pcs.
