YES,we are Manufacturer located in Dongguan China. Specialized in ice pack,hot&cold pack,eye gel pack etc for nearly 10 years.

2. Q: is it free sample for test?

YES, we can provide some free standard samples or stock of finished goods. Other customized samples also can be free for test, but clients need to pay the new module cost first and then it can be refund in next bulk order.

3.Q: How long does it take to make a sample with customized logo?

A, With printing: Normally no more than 1 week. 

B, Without printing: Existing molds and materials, completed within 3 days

4.Q: Is trial order acceptable?

Yes,we welcome your trial order with lower MOQ for our first cooperation.

5.Q : How long is the delivery time?

Normally It takes 20-25 Days, depends on different items. For more information, pls send us a message.

6. Q: How to choose the freezing point of gel and beads?

 A. ICE PACK:used for food storage,0℃ works best.

 B. HOT/COLD PACK:cold compress to reduce joint pain, -10 ℃ to - 20℃ would be better.

 C. Other temperature could be customized as clients' requirements.

7. Are your products safe enough for food storage or human body?

All of our material,  PVC, TPU, PE, Nylon,AL and Gel, is non-toxic and environmentally friendly,it can reach food grade. Be approved by MSDS, SGS and CE report.Also,Costco test report, Walmart FCCA, TRA, USP51, USP61&62 etc are avaialbe. 

8. What is your packing?

Our common packing is each piece with a poly bag, then put into standard exported cartons. We also can supply other packing ways: color box,PVC/PET box, PVC,EVA pouch,poly bag with head or display box. Just according to your requirements.

9.Q: What are your acceptable payment terms?

T/T.  30% deposit is paid in advance, and the final payment before shipment.
