General instruction

Our automatic transformer radiator production line mainly absorbed, improved & updated the technology and design of Germany GEORG & Canada MTM. The whole line is composed of automatic uncoiling machine, roll forming machine, pressing machine, magnetic turning table, multiple spot welding equipment, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and controlling cabinets, etc. The sizes of radiators are 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per client’s actual requirement). This line is fully automatic production line from coil strips to well-made radiator panels, all the processes are finished online. All parameters are set on screen, the operating is very convenient. and the performance reaches the first-rate in the world.

Working procedure

Uncoiling → roll forming → hydraulic pressing → turn over table for two pieces joining → multiple spot welding → side seam welding → head welding → side shearing → head cutting → finished product
