Main use of equipment

The equipment is used for the drying treatment of electrician products of oil-immersed power transformers with voltage levels below 110KV. Main technical features of the equipment

This equipment has the following technical features:

1 With reasonable vacuum system design, there is enough condensed water in the condenser to effectively avoid the pollution of the vacuum pump during the drying process, which greatly prolongs the service life of the vacuum pump.

2 The heating system control is equipped with a power control module to ensure smooth temperature control, reduce the actual heating power during heating, and prolong the service life of the heating tube.

3 In the heating process, according to the different temperature of the body, the pressure alternating mode is automatically repeated several times to periodically reduce the pressure in the vacuum tank to a certain value, so it can create the most suitable conditions for the evaporation of water in the insulation of the body, it make the water evaporation process of drying process in a reasonable state.

4 The processing time of the equipment for the 110KV grade 63000KVA product can be controlled within 70-80 hours, which can save more than 30% compared with the traditional hot air drying equipment.

5 The equipment is adjusted by variable pressure, which can effectively solve the the iron core rust problem during the drying process.

6 The equipment automation level and the products processing technology level both can reach the domestic advanced level, and the quality of the processed products can reach the level of superior products in the industry.

7 This equipment adopts manual control and automatic control. When it is automatically controlled, it can realize unattended automatic drying of the whole drying process.
