The main technical requirements are as follows:

The effective size of the pressure casting tank is: φ2400mm x 3000mm (horizontal); the effective volume of the final mixing tank: 400L

This equipment is suitable for two-component epoxy resin formulations with fillers, the ratio of resin (or curing material) + fillers does not exceed 1: 1.3-1.6, and the viscosity of the mixture is not greater than 4000 centipoise. (If the mixture does not meet this requirement or without filler, it must be declared in advance for special design).

The casting tank adopts direct heating method of electric heating element (Taiwan brand), rock wool insulation, 430 stainless steel thin plate armor, and the outer surface temperature of the insulation layer is not higher than room temperature 30 ℃.

Rated power: 120kW, 380V, three-phase four-wire special distribution cabinet

Equipment area: 8m x 8m, the effective height of the plant is 6 meters

Cooling water: pressure> 0.2MPa, maximum consumption> 3m3 / h.

Compressed air: 0.4~0.6MPa, there should be air compressor, triple parts, compressed air consumption is about 3m3 / min.
