The material of the ball screw is imported from Germany, accuracy grade C3, double pre-tightened high-precision ground screw, 4 embedded screws + 2 large nuts double pre-tightened to prevent the screw from loosening and gaps in long-term operation.
The main shaft is driven by a ten-slot multi-ribbed belt, and the clamping method is a Taiwan three-claw assembly. The claws are made of spring steel quenched, which is long-lasting.
