Yes, we are a factory, but not just a factory, because we have a sales team, our own designers, and our own showroom, which can help buyers decide which products are their best choice

How to ensure product quality?

Due to the advanced equipment, quality inspectors will regularly check the products in production and count the products in stock every day. Make sure everything is qualified

How to ensure the correct rate of design?

Before placing the order, we will send the design draft to you for confirmation, and then check the effect of the sample, and then proceed to mass production

How to get samples? How much is the sample fee? How many days will it take for delivery?

Our inventory samples can be provided free of charge (not including shipping costs). (1-5 pieces) and customized samples will be charged a sample fee, and refund after confirming the order. (Used for payment deduction) Normal samples will be sent within 7 working days

Is small order less than 100pcs accepted?

Yes, please contact with us, we will send you link for small order.

 How to ship the order? Is it Safe?

Heavy goods are transported by container, sea or air to the designated port. For small packages, recommend sending by express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, ect which are door to door service.

 What is your terms of payment?

Payment terms are flexible, T/T, Paypal, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, Money Gram etc. And you can pay on Alibaba with your credit card.
