Tri Clamp manifolds are used in many industries to separate flows to a number of distinct process lines. Manifolds are a more economical solution than placing multiple tees in succession, and more compact than multiple crosses.

Shuangzhan machinery provide kinds of sanitary fittings with clamp or welded ends, such as elbow, tee, cross, reducer etc




Features:

1. SS304 or SS316L
2. 1.5" tri clamp, but we can do 1"-12" diameter with any length and ports quantity
3. food grade finish
4. 1.65mm wall thick, height is approx 63mm




The immediate disadvantage of a manifold is that all of the ports exit the manifold the same direction. Additional elbows or bends
will be needed to redirect flow.
