Automatic tool changer with oval magazine CTA50HS SPECIAL more than 100 tools
Our automatic tool changers systems from the serie CTA 40 HS are suitable for use on a wide range of machine vertical orhorizontal machining centers, milling machines, transfer machines and even on CNC lathes and special purpose machines.
With our patented, servo driven tool magazines that do not use a chain drive or any hydraulics, coupled with one of our standard electro mechanical tool exchanger fitted with either an open ended gripper arm for an in-line tool extractor or a side gripper hand for a radial extractor. The CTA 40 HS is an extremely reliable, clean, noisless and easy maintenance tool changer and an ideal choice by machine tool designers.
Available to accomodate either HSK 80 and 100 or Capto C8 and C10 or BT 50 tool holders in quantity more than 100 tools there is always the ideal combination to suit most medium sized, high speed machines for today's production requirements.
Additional characteristics are that the tool exchange position can be at any location on the magazine whether it be on a straight section or on the curve, plus if needed the magazine can be supplied with a short linear shuttle slide to extract the exchange tool away from the main magazine ready for pick-up.
