100L ~ 10000 Liter Stainless Steel 304 White Cheese Making Vat

 

Specifications:

1.     Processing Capacity: 100 liter to 10000 liter, and other customized capacities;

2.     Material: SUS304 or SUS316;

3.     Application: cheese making in small sized factory.

 

Structure:

1.     Triple-walled, insulated, oblong or round shape;

2.     Open top mounted with overhead stirrer;

3.     Stirring driven by two motors, i.e. one for longitudinal move, one for the rotating motion;

4.     Control panel: fitted into the superstructure.

 

Control feature:

1.     Touch screen, various programed stirring modes, cutting and tipping can be executed;

2.     Customized programs available;

3.     Milk temperature accurately controlled through an electrical thermostat system by operating the steam valve heating water;

4.     Fully automatic process controller to ensure uniform cheese quality.

 

Others:

1.     For vat capacity≥4000L, two stirrers for longitudinal and rotating motion, the stirring speed can be adjusted stepless. 

2.     For vat capacity ≤4000L, only one stirrer will be sufficient for the work;

3.     Sanitary outlet;

4.     A cylindrical lift device is set for easy drainage of the vat;

5.     For vat capacity ≤ 3000L, cheese press machine or net-cutting can be equipped.
