Q2: Could you send me some sample for flavor testing?
A2:Yes, mostly we free offer 1-2/PC samples for testing but the shipping fee have to be paid by your side.
Q3: So many tea and types, how can I distinguish from them and pick up our target tea?
A3:These types and categories are graded by china tea associate. It may not be familiar with you. You could tell your demands to us and we will help you out of your questions and provide good solution to you.
Q4: Do you accept small order?
A4:Yes, we accept small order at the first order.
Q5: What about the payment term?
A5:For sampling or trial order, we need you to pay 100% in advance. Then the first order please do 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. Every repeat order should be paid 100% before delivery.
Q6: How should we start?
A6:(1) For sample or trial order: You may send us an inquiry through Alibaba, and we will issue an order directly under your inquiry with FOB or CIF.
(2) For bulk order for our designs: Please send us your inquiry with quantities of each product based on MOQ, the destination to ship and etc. We will advise the total amount of the order and approx. delivery time. On receipt of your 50% deposit payment will start production. When the bulk is ready, we will advise you to pay the balance 50% and will arrange shipment accordingly.
