A: We charge sample fee but we will return when you place the order.


Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: The 30 % of total amount advanced by T/T when signing this contract, balance 70 % should be remitted at sight of the copy of the Bill of Loading.


Q: What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than 1000 sets.


Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

A: Our MOQ is 20 set.


Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. For big order, we will ship by sea.


Q: Is it OK to print my logo on product or package?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
