A4: We have 7 main steps in QC:

1. check each material includes the fabric,foams,springs,taping,felts,etc before we start a sample,our inside QC and warehouse staff check twice

2. send photos&vedios to buyers for approval,then we start a sample.

3. check again every material compare with previous approved sample,start pre-production sample again

4. with buyer's twice approval,we start bulk order

5. our inside QC check every detail every day from each process till package into warehouse

6. our warehouse staff check the packages again

7. during container loading we check each box again

A5: Yes, we produce all materials on our own factory with vertically integrated production lines. From raw materials to

finished product (including spring and foam) are produced by ourselves, therefore we are able to offer high-quality products with lowest cost to our customers.
