Our Services
1. Installation and testing
HANMA LASER is responsible for the installation and training of all equipment provided by the buyer. The buyer need to make some
preparation to assist the installation and deliver of the equipment. The seller will contact with the seller after signing the
sales contract to confirm the specific of installing location and the related conditions of installing.(circuit, gas ,ect.).
2. Delivery
* The delivery place is that place the seller and the buyer appointed
* Standard package: standard package for export.
Way of transportation :by truck or ship, the cost payment should beaccording to the terms of the sales contract
3. Installation and test
After the equipment placed in the buyer’s factory, the technician from the seller will install and test the machine accordance the
related process(product material).
4. Training how to use the equipment
After the installation of the equipment is over, technical training will begin, the training includes:
* The structure and working principle of equipment
* Laser welding process
* The operation and maintenance of equipment
* Diagnosis and troubleshooting of common problems in equipment
* Safety use of equipment
5. Equipment acceptance
* Standard of acceptance: Acceptance according to the technical agreement we had signed with your company
* Final Acceptance: Our engineers will shall be on-site inspection in your department after completion of installation,
commissioning, training and self-inspection. The acceptance shall include : The type, quantity, operation, and technical
specifications of all the goods. Confirm the signature on the installation training form and give valuable evaluation and
suggestion.
* Special instructions for final acceptance: If auxiliary facilities(e.g. adding voltage stabilizers, cutting materials,
surrounding environment ,ect.)are not available or the environment does not meet the normal working requirements of the equipment,
the buyer should resolve this matter immediately to ensure that the equipment can work properly under the proper conditions.
If there are some accessories missing or damaged during transportation ,the buyer will replacethe broken parts and bear the
relevant cost.
6.After sales service
* Engineer from the buyer who trained the buyer will provide the contact information of the after-sales service dept.
If there is problem for this machine during the warranty period. Please contact our engineers. they will provide remote service or
on-site service to deal with it.
