Brief description:
1. Design and manufacture: krh (ring type) pipe joint shall comply with gb8260-87 standard, krj (shoulder type) pipe joint shall comply with gb8261-87 standard.
2. The technical requirements shall be in accordance with gb8259-87 specification for clamp type flexible pipe joint.
3. Connection mode: clamp head end pipe and pipe welding.
4. The outer clamp of pipe joint is made of ZG35 "casting material, the left and right end pipes are made of A3 or 20", cast steel or steel plate, and the port is left with 30 ℃ welding bevel.
5. The material of the middle sealing ring of the pipe joint is synthetic rubber, and the general working temperature is - 40 ℃ - + 230 ℃. If there are special requirements in the project, the special sealing ring can be prepared according to the requirements.
6. This series of clamp type flexible pipe joint is designed according to the national standard pipe diameter or the steel lined composite pipe diameter. Each diameter is divided into several specifications. If other specifications of non-standard pipe diameter are needed in the project, it is indicated in the order that our company can design and produce matching clamps according to the non-standard pipe diameter.
