2Q: How about sample policy? A: If we have the sample u want in stock, we will provide one free sample to u. But u need pay for the shipping. If we don't have in stock, then u should pay the cost of sample customized. Don't worry, we will refund u the sampling cost if u order later.
3Q: Which payment way is workable? A: PayPal(If the goods have stock,order value less than 1000usd); Western Union, MoneyGram,T/T(50%deposit, 50% before shipment shipment)
4Q: Can you do private label? A: Yes, of course. If your quantity up to 200pcs, we can print your logo with single color for free. If not, you need pay the printing film cost $30 for single color logo printing. If multi-colored logo printing, then different printing cost for different item.
5Q: How will you print my logo? A: You just need to send us your logo design. AI file is best. Then we will make he printing film and print. We will print logo on the products with the color that you ask. If you want other printing effect, like hot stamp, silver foiled. Pls tell me in advance. We can do it also.
6Q: How do I know where is my order now? A: We will give you the tracking number about your order once it has been shipped. Then you can track it by yourself on the corresponding website.
