Vacuum drying oven is used for drying and heating test in vacuum condition of objects in scientific research units, specialty universities, industrial and mining enterprises’ laboratories together with production field, powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of all kinds of glass containers.especially suitable for fast and efficient drying of thermal sensitivity, oxidization and complex components.etc.

The cuboid studio is made of high quality stainless steel plate to ensure durability. Toughened, bulletproof double glazing doors observe objects in the studio at a glance. The closing tightness of the box door can be adjusted, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring is integrally molded to ensure high vacuum in the box. Storage, heating, testing and drying are carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, so they do not oxidize. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting, measuring temperature double digital display and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control. The ratio of heating power can be adjusted arbitrarily, so as to ensure the low end temperature and temperature.

Automatic control of vacuum degree：
The vacuum drying box adopts analogue engineering digital technology to control the vacuum, and manual control has long been a history. Do you also think that the manual lever operated valve can accurately control the vacuum degree in twenty-first Century? Through the solenoid valve fully automatic digital control of the vacuum, to provide you with more accurate and effective vacuum control. Through the panel, the vacuum degree is adjustable from 0Pa to 105Pa with adjustable precision of 1pA. The sensor uses resistive silicon tube pressure sensor, so as to ensure a stable pressure value, not affected by the air flow, the stable pressure value to the vacuum controller LED display screen. With the corresponding high power vacuum pump, the minimum vacuum in the vacuum box can reach the level of 10Pa below military level.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What’s the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized
machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
