A:We cooperate with four major express companies, FEDEX, UPS, DHL,TNT,for bulks,we can choose by sea,by air;Sea
delivery,Airdelivery.
Q3:How long is our shipping time?
A:The shipping time between UPS,FEDEX,DHL and DHL is 3-7 working days Sea delivery need about 30-40 days to your hand,Air delivery need 15-20 days to your hand.
Q4: How can I get a sample from you to check the quality?
A: Just kindly inform us your design details, and we will offer sample as your specification, or you can send us samples and we make a counter sample for you.OEM & ODM are both welcome.
Q5:How do you control the products' quality?
A:We have QC department and all the products will be 100% checked before pack, and you can send your QC team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before we ship.
Q6:Can you give me a discount?
A:We mainly do wholesale service, our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price, so we will quoto you the best price based on your order quantity.
Q7：The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
A:When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which is cheaper,it is ok for us as well.
